Ken Griffey Returning To Seattle Mariners

Ken Griffey Jr. is returning to Seattle Mariners. The Hall of Famer informed the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday that the legend will be rejoining and he's returning to the city where he carved out a Hall of Fame career as a perennial All-Star in the 1990s.

Griffey is 39 years old and he had left the Mariners in 2000. The sources say that Griffey, Jr. will return to the city where he played for 11 years at the beginning of his MLB career. His contract is reportedly for only a year, pay is $2 million plus incentives. Rebecca Hale of the Seattle Mariners would not confirm or deny any news.
